<p><strong>Camille Paglia </strong>is a poet and expounds some rather controversial opinions about many things. But she is right on when she says, &#8220;Modern bodybuilding is ritual, religion, sport, art, and science, awash in Western chemistry and mathematics. Defying nature, it surpasses it.&#8221;</p>

<p>Do you remember that game that we played as children when the teacher would whisper a story into the ear of one student, and that student would repeat the story to the next student, and so on around the circle? When the story was told by the last person in the circle, it had very little if any resemblance to the story the teacher whispered into that first little ear.<span id="more-137"></span> The people have lots of <strong>muscle building myths</strong> in their head.The objective of the lesson was to teach kids not to gossip, but that is the same way in which all kinds of myths develop about all kinds of things, including building muscle mass. When you are searching for how to build muscle, you should always consider this muscle building myths.</p>
<p>Here are three bodybuilding myths that are totally false and that you should not accept:</p>
<p>Myth #1: Building muscle will cause you to become &#8220;muscle-bound&#8221; and thus slower and less flexible.</p>
<p>Fact: This myth was obviously started by a 100-pound weakling who was having no luck at getting bigger or stronger; sort of a sour-grape reaction to failure. The fact is that more muscle actually makes you more flexible and faster. Muscles will speed you up, not slow you down.</p>
<p>Myth #2: If you don&#8217;t use perfect form for all of your lifts, they are useless.</p>
<p>Fact: Horse feathers! Being overly concerned about form can actually be detrimental to your bodybuilding efforts. Yes, form is important, but everything doesn&#8217;t depend upon form. Moving naturally is more effective than striving for perfect, textbook form. So what if there&#8217;s a little sway in your back when you are doing bicep curls? You&#8217;re DOING the bicep curls.</p>
<p>Myth #3: You have to &#8220;feel the burn&#8221; if you want your muscles to grow.</p>
<p>Fact: This is simply not true. Lactic acid (a metabolic waste product) is what causes that burning sensation. It has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with making your muscles grow.</p>

<p>Slow-twitch fibers are those that are used mainly for endurance types of sports and exercise like distance running. You&#8217;ve never seen a distance runner that looks really muscular, have you? Type IIb fast-twitch fibers are capable of even greater force than Type IIa fibers, but they tire even more quickly. The fast-twitch fibers are basically for exerting force, and the slow-twitch fibers are for exerting force over a period of time.</p>
<p>While all muscle fiber is important and needs to be developed to some degree if you want to build visible muscle mass, you need to concentrate your efforts on building fast-twitch fibers — both Type IIa and Type IIb.</p>
<p>The speed and ease at which you will develop fast-twitch fiber muscle is determined a great deal by your genetic makeup. Your ratio of slow-twitch fiber to fast-twitch fiber is pretty much determined at birth, so there&#8217;s nothing you can do about that. But even if you have a higher percentage of slow-twitch fiber, that doesn&#8217;t mean that you can&#8217;t develop muscles. It just means that you are going to have to work harder at it and that it&#8217;s going to take longer.</p>
<p>Muscle develops when stress is put on a muscle and small tears occur. When the body repairs the damage, it actually builds more muscle to repair the damage, and muscles get bigger.</p>

<p>In the world of muscle building, there is a principle referred to at &#8220;KISS.&#8221; KISS is an acronym for &#8220;Keep It Simple, Stupid.&#8221; The phrasing isn&#8217;t very polite, but the principle is absolutely sound. Especially, if you are the skinny, you must follow the KISS rule for muscle building.</p>
<p>The fact is, bodybuilding isn&#8217;t rocket science. It is a simple process, but it&#8217;s a process that you must FORCE your body to accomplish. The body is a wonderfully efficient machine. It takes care of itself, and it uses the calories and nutrients that come in to its own best advantage. It sends all of the right &#8220;stuff&#8221; around to the organs, it replaces cells as needed, and then it very efficiently stores any leftovers — as FAT, not MUSCLE. But, if it needs to use its resources to repair damage to a muscle, it will; and when it does, muscles get bigger.</p>
<h2>Applying the KISS principle to muscle building for skinny people</h2>
<p>1. Damage the muscle with overload.</p>
<p>2. Eat the foods and take the supplements the body needs to make repairs.</p>
<p>3. Rest, rest, rest so the body can do its work and build more muscle for you.</p>
<p>&#8220;Damaging the muscle with overload&#8221; means lifting heavier and heavier weights. It means lifting these heavier and heavier weights repeatedly until the muscle fails. There are two factors here: weight, and time. You could lift a 10-pound weight maybe 200 times and accomplish the same thing as you would lifting a 100-pound weight 20 times or a 500-pound weight four times or a 1,000-pound weight twice. This is the one of most important factor , you should keep in mind while doing muscle building .Eating the foods and taking the supplements that your body needs to make repairs that you cause to muscles when you lift weights is pretty self-explanatory. Your body can&#8217;t make repairs if it doesn&#8217;t have the tools to do the job.</p>
<p>Resting is what allows your body to do the job. Muscles are getting bigger when you rest after damaging the muscle. Muscle size increase doesn&#8217;t happen while you are lifting the weights. It happens when you rest after lifting the weights.</p>

<p>Muscle building is the passion for the new age generations. Every man in the world wants to look fit and attractive. <p>There has been very big problem for me in the past that I am not getting the results what I want in the muscle building. I think my body building work out is not effectives.I was doing my exercise quite precise and on regular basis but still not getting the results.</p>
<p>This is the biggest myth that if you want to do fast muscle building, you need to workouts 5 or 7 days a week.</p>
<p>There might be question come in mind,” But in my gym there is a guy and he is big and <strong>he works out every single day</strong>?”</p>
<p>Well according to physiotherapist, “Every day work outs does not work, your muscle grow during rest , not during workouts.”</p>
<p>It is advisable for every body builder that  not do heavy workout every single day .You should allowing your body for the crucial rest and growth period to take place .</p>
<p>If you are able to create structured workouts, you will get good amount of rest period and your strengths are going to increase on the continuous basis.</p>
<p>Let us make some <strong>muscle building workout routines strategy</strong>, two workouts a week.</p>
<p>This is going to be the best way to build muscle fast and effective way .Allow your body for good rest and quality growth. You will lift higher weights and your muscle will grow bigger and bigger.</p>
<p>It is good Schedule each workout 2 or 3 days apart( For example Tuesday and Friday)</p>
<p>Split your weight training workout routines in 2 groups.(Tuesday &#8211; Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Hamstrings /Friday &#8211; Back, Biceps, Quads, Calves).This is crucial for muscle mass.</p>

<p>A lot of people want to go through weight training exercises to have large muscles, but it&#8217;s either they can’t afford to go to a gym, or they simply don’t have time to do so. For people who can’t afford to go to a gym or is refusing to go to one, it’s back to good old military training. It is the best way in building muscle without weights. Since you didn’t sign up to any military operation, of course, these are only simple methods you can use to help you achieve muscle mass.</p>
<p>All you need is a flat space and to take your friend with you. Do the push up position. As for your friend, ask him to sit on your back. You can do 2 to 3 sets with 5 to 10 reps. Take note: try to find someone who is average-sized. Don’t bring someone whom you think you can never carry on your back. Once you feel comfortable doing these push ups with a person on your back, you can get someone heavier already. This type of push up is a great way to building muscle without weights. This is a good alternative for the bench press, especially if you do it with maximum intensity.</p>
<p>Another way is to go to the beach. You don’t need to bring someone for this method as you can do it yourself. Just find a good sandy area, then sprint over it. After doing so, sprint over it again. Do this exercise over and over again. Of course, if you feel like an old man in his 70s sprinting over, it’s time to stop. This exercise can help build leg muscles, especially the calves. You can do this for a few weeks.</p>
<p>Another method is by increasing your intake of protein, especially whey protein. This type of protein is actually a favorite among successful athletes. They have quality proteins which can be very beneficial to body builders. They also don’t have high saturated fat content which you normally get when you eat eggs and beef.</p>
<p>Whey is actually one of milk’s two major sources. The other is casein protein. This type of protein is the one that gets filtered out when you make cheese. The reason why whey protein is valuable to body builders is because they are easily digested and used by the body. Aside from the high biological value, they are noted as very efficient protein. They are also rich in amino acids which are very critical to the development and sustenance of new muscle mass.</p>
<p>Whey protein also plays a positive impact on the immune system of body builders. Since vigorous exercises can put the body in tremendous stress, the immune system has a tendency to weaken – resulting to minor health maladies like sore throat. Serious problems can also arise. For this reason, whey protein is known to increase glutathione (a major antioxidant of the body) levels.</p>
<p>These are only some of the effective ways to building muscle without weights. After all, a long time ago, our ancestors didn’t have weights to keep them fit. However, they have all the space they need to do various types of exercises like running, swimming and climbing. These too, when done correctly can help in building muscle mass.</p>

<p>Getting large, firm muscles is almost every man’s dream. Factors that contribute to why men want to have a large built include society who somehow dictates that most women want men who have great muscles. <p>One way is to go through strength training. A good suggestion is through weight lifting. Aside from allowing you to start light, it can also endlessly add weight. You can also do some body-weight exercises or calisthenics (pull-ups, push-ups, reverse crunches and the like). Start with the lighter exercises and gradually shift to harder versions.</p>

The theory behind this is: “More weight means more stress and more muscles”. Dumbbells are also good in assistance exercises. However, they should not be the alternative to main lifts. <p>Full body workouts also work. You can start doing body part splits with isolation once you have built a foundation. This you can achieve through squatting 1.5 times your body weight. You can also add compound exercises like deadlifts, squats barbell rows, bench press, overhead press, dips, pull-ups and more.</p>
<p>Doing these exercises vigorously, having a healthy nutritious diet and avoiding alcohol as well as cigarettes can help promote a healthy body and lifestyle. Thus, the natural methods and not the machines are the ones that can guarantee success even if they’re not necessarily the fastest way to build muscle.</p>
